Job 110711. Position: Administrative Sales and Content Assistant

This postion supports our Sales department and our Media upload departments. You will need to be a highly motivated, multi-tasker with the ability to see thing creatively and analytically. You'll get to know the current image/media art buying process at major ad agencies, mid level graphic designers, corporations and production companies throughout North America.

Responsibilities will include supporting website users with site features, office clerical work, data management, and visual research to support client requests. A creative eye is a must. You'll support the management and sales staff.

Other requirements include:

. Basic working knowledge of computer and server environments.
. Proficient on PC and MAC.
. Client maintenance; customer service.
. Excellent visual and strong customer service skills are essential requirements.
. Forecast and monitor progress of Content Updates.
. Ability to use key word searches, websites, computers, and aid in customer use of same.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Professional etiquette, clear, confident and friendly.
. Must be people and service oriented.
. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail a must.
. Knowledge of Photoshop software required.
. Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel a must.
. College BS or BA degree required.

Job 100710. Position: Account Manager/Developer

In this creative independent sales job, you will bring your loyal contacts of creative directors and art buyers for your success. Know the current image/media art buying process at major ad agencies, mid level graphic designers, corporations and production companies big and small throughout North America, and you'll be sure to succeed.

Responsibilities will include negotians with decision makers for corporate pricing deals, daily creative researches and purchase licenses for photography, illustrations, and/or footage files on Media Bakery's website. You will be responsible for maintaining sales goals and executing objectives, creating sales reports and ensure accuracy in the reporting. You will use an HTML based CRM to process web site orders and manage clients.

Other requirements include:

. Basic working knowledge of computer and server environments.
. Proficient on PC and MAC.
. Client maintenance; customer service.
. Excellent visual and strong customer service skills are essential requirements.
. Forecast and monitor progress of sales projections.
. Ability to use key word searches, websites, computers, and aid in customer use of same.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Professional etiquette, clear, confident and friendly.
. Must be people and service oriented.
. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail a must.
. Knowledge of Photoshop software may be required.
. You must be able to work remotely or from home.
. Knowledge of Prostock a plus.
. College BS or BA degree required.

Reimbursed travel will be expected at least twice a year for annual account visits and national trade shows and industry events.
